It is not always true that only you fly to some distant country with the film unit and shoot something black and white, come with the film rushes and put some Bollywood ‘Nach-gana’ and expect that the film will be a hit. Fact is that, may it be a domestic land shot movie or outdoor shot, genuinity in the film gets the triumph at the end.

Producer Karan Johar also tweeted, “When love scores a century…..you know it’s the only emotion to bank on….pun intended.”

The film has been accepted by both, the young and elderly mass for its gentle approach of presenting a social story that have been witnessed by many people more or less. More than that, choice of stars is perfect in the film. Though Ranbir and Deepika plays the pivotal roles, Aditya Roy Kapoor and Kalki also contributed a lot for the success of the film. Kalki has earned some special attention by the audience.
