Resuming from the overnight score of 41/3, England lost wickets at regular intervals and bowled out for 191. Alastair Cook scored 41, while Matt Prior made 48. Stuart Broad scored 25. Zaheer Khan and Umesh Yadav took one wicket each.
India have enforced follow on. But, in the second innings, England openers applied themselves and ended the day at 111/0. Cook was batting on 74, while Compton was on 34. India are still 219 runs ahead.
