Pakistan Cricket Team to Arrive in Bangalore

TNI Bureau: Pakistan cricket team is arriving in Bangalore tonight between 9 pm to 9.15 pm via New Delhi in a chartered flight to play the first bilateral series against India in five years.

Mohammad Hafeez is captaining the Twenty20 squad while Misbah-ul-Haq is holding the team’s ODI command of the visiting team.

The limited overs series between India and Pakistan will kick off with the first T20 International to be played at M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore on Christmas Day.

Pakistan will play their second T20 match against India at Ahmedabad on 27th December before heading to Chennai for the first of the three-match  of One-day Internationals series, starting from 30th December. The rest ODI would take place in Chennai, Kolkata and New Delhi.

The cricketing ties between the two nations were snapped after the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks.
